Talks & Workshops
My talks and workshops are designed to cut through diet culture, trends, and misinformation and get back to what actually supports the body. Rather than offering one size fits all advice, I focus on helping people understand how their unique bodies work — and how to support them through thoughtful movement, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
Many sessions are rooted in real nutrition: moving beyond calorie counting, extremes, and influencer driven advice to explore what truly supports energy, performance, and long-term health. The tone is practical, approachable, and grounded in science — without being overwhelming.
These talks are appropriate for a wide range of audiences, from beginners to those already engaged in their health, and are designed to leave participants with tools they can use right away.
