Some general notes:
Masterclass meets over Zoom each Monday at 6pm for 30 minutes (sessions recorded and uploaded following day to your page)
Coaching is in person on Tuesdays at 6pm at 245 Village Dr. Cheshire
Each Monday new workouts will be added to your workout page.
Meal plan links will be sent to your inbox weekly.
You will need a mat, light weights, heavy weights (10-20 lbs), a band/belt and block for some workouts.
We will use the WhatsApp app to offer group support and daily check ins
